We offer both morning and afternoon pre-bookable appointments.  Please see the "consulting hours" tab above for times and details of doctor attendance.

Appointments can be made by phone or in person at reception.

If you have a few issues that you would like to discuss or one that is complex please ask the receptionist for a longer appointment time. However, you may have to wait slightly longer for an extended appointment.

Urgent appointments for patients with conditions that cannot wait for the next routine appointment can be booked on that day.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

blue_telephoneTelephone Advice

This is available from all of the clinical staff at the health centre. The receptionist may ask you for some details to ensure your problem is directed at the most appropriate clinician and if they're busy a call back will be arranged.   TELEPHONE CONSULTATION - the doctor is happy to                                           give a telephone consultation if he feels this is appropriate at the time.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
